1. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Security Operations Center (SOC) as a Service

F7Cybersec provides 24/7 monitoring and incident response through our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center. Our team of experts continuously monitors your systems, detects potential threats, and swiftly responds to minimize the impact of any security incidents.

2.2 Managed Detection and Response (MDR)

Our Managed Detection and Response service combines advanced technology with human expertise to identify, investigate, and respond to cyber threats in real-time. We provide comprehensive threat hunting, incident analysis, and remediation services to keep your organization secure.

2.3 Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

F7Cybersec’s Endpoint Detection and Response solution offers advanced protection for your devices and network endpoints. Our EDR service utilizes cutting-edge technology to detect, prevent, and respond to threats at the endpoint level, ensuring the security of your critical assets.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to F7Cybersec. This includes contact details, system specifications, and any other relevant information required for the effective delivery of our services. Clients must promptly notify F7Cybersec of any changes to this information.

3.2 Cooperation

Clients agree to cooperate with F7Cybersec in the provision of services. This includes granting necessary access to systems, providing timely responses to inquiries, and implementing recommended security measures as advised by our team.

4. Confidentiality

F7Cybersec is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the client. Our team operates under strict non-disclosure agreements to ensure the protection of sensitive data.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to F7Cybersec’s services, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, remain the property of F7Cybersec. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for the duration of the engagement.

5.2 Client Data

Clients retain ownership of their data and intellectual property. F7Cybersec will not claim any rights over client data and will only use it for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

5.3 Feedback

If clients provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to F7Cybersec regarding our services, they grant F7Cybersec a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our services without any obligation to the client.

5.4 Confidentiality of Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to keep each other’s intellectual property confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F7Cybersec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational damage.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F7Cybersec and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, clients must promptly pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. F7Cybersec reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

F7Cybersec reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional agreements or documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between F7Cybersec and the client regarding the use of our services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.

14. Waiver

The failure of F7Cybersec to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
